Music Ministry
The purpose of the Praise and Worship ministry is to first bring Glory and Honor to the Lord Jesus and then to help lead the congregation into a special place of praise and worship to the King of Kings.
The Praise and Worship team started with a few members, however, it has been constantly growing and now consists of twenty five members. The members are faithful and committed each week to minister together in one mind and in one accord for the Glory of God. The Praise and Worship team appreciates the support of our audio and technical team.
The interim Music Director is Katherine Eldon-Reed. She attended Calvary Assembly of God as a child/teenager –moved away – returned to assist with ministry in the summer of 1999. She has served in the Music Department, Sunday School Department, Women’s Department, Missions Department – she has always encouraged others to reach out to those around them, sharing the Love of Jesus – being lights in a dark world. Katharine is currently assisting in Music ministry, with the Sanctuary Choir and smaller ensembles and musicians.
